Interior design technical documentation is a full set of construction drawings for the renovation crew: wall elevations with dimensions and material notes, an electrical diagram, a plumbing diagram, plus a full material specification with prices and an execution cost estimate. Available in the Standard (160 zł/m²) and Premium (249 zł/m²) packages.

Prices apply to clients from Łódź and the entire Łódź region (Pabianice, Zgierz, Piotrków Trybunalski, Bełchatów, Skierniewice and nearby). An exact quote after a free project quote.

What's the difference between the Basic, Standard and Premium packages?

The Basic package (110 zł/m², 3–4 weeks): project meeting, site survey, functional layout (2 versions), moodboard, 3D visualizations (3–4 views). No technical documentation. The Standard package (160 zł/m², 3–4 weeks): everything in Basic plus technical documentation, electrical and plumbing diagrams, cost estimate, visualizations with 5–7 views. The Premium package (249 zł/m², 7–10 weeks): everything in Standard plus AI animation, showroom visits, realization coordination (min. 2 site visits), final styling and a personalized artwork from the designer.

How does payment for an interior design work?

Accepted Answer

Payment is split into 3 stages: a 30% deposit after signing the contract, 40% after the preliminary design is approved, and 30% upon delivery of the complete final design.

Is the first call paid?

The first meeting (30 minutes) is free and non-binding — over Google Meet or by phone. Its purpose is to discuss the project scope and choose the right package.

The timeline depends on the package: Basic and Standard — about 3–4 weeks for an apartment up to 60 m². The Premium package with realization coordination — 7–10 weeks plus the renovation time. Counted from signing the contract and handing over the materials.

When is the best time to contact an interior designer?

Accepted Answer

As early as possible. When buying a new-build apartment: 3–6 months before the planned fit-out, to make the developer's customization deadline. For a full renovation: 6–8 months ahead, to allow time for design, orders and material deliveries.

How should I prepare for the first meeting with an interior designer?

Accepted Answer

Three things are enough: a floor plan (the developer's PDF or your own measurements), a few inspirations (Pinterest, Instagram, interior photos) and a rough renovation budget. If you don't have any of these — reach out anyway, we'll start with a conversation.

Can I change the design along the way?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the design is created iteratively, in close cooperation with the client. At the concept stage you get revision rounds within your chosen package. Bigger changes after the technical documentation is approved may be priced separately.

Do you design interiors online for clients outside Łódź?

Accepted Answer

Yes — online interior design is available for clients across Poland. Calls over Google Meet, digital documentation, measurements done yourself with my instructions or with a local specialist's help. The project scope is identical to working in person.

Do I need to have a renovation crew before the design?

Accepted Answer

No — it's best to choose the crew after the technical documentation is ready. With a finished design and cost estimate, you can invite several crews to quote and compare offers on the same basis.

Accepted Answer

Yes — developer's standard is the most common situation among clients in Łódź. It's the perfect moment for an interior design: full freedom in planning installations, lighting designed from scratch, and every material chosen without constraints.

Co to jest animacja AI wizualizacji w pakiecie Premium?

Accepted Answer

An AI animation is a short video (15–30 seconds) showing the designed interior in motion — like a virtual walk through the space. It's created with AI tools from the 3D visualizations. Available exclusively in the Premium package (249 zł/m²).

Do you only design whole apartments, or single rooms too?

Accepted Answer

I design both single rooms (bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom) and whole apartments and houses. A single-room design is a good option for a staged renovation or for testing the collaboration.

Are there additional costs beyond the package price?

Accepted Answer

The package price covers the full scope described in the offer. Additional costs can only apply to revisions beyond the package scope or extra site visits. Every such option is discussed in advance — no hidden fees.

Is realization coordination mandatory?

Accepted Answer

Realization coordination isn't mandatory, but we strongly recommend it for full renovations. It involves the designer meeting the renovation crew on site — walking through the design, answering technical questions and verifying the execution matches the design. Available in the Premium package.

Are meetings in person or online?

Accepted Answer

Spotkania odbywają się w Twoim domu, online (Google Meet/telefon) lub w terenie (wizyty w salonach materiałowych). Pierwsze spotkanie — zawsze bezpłatne, najczęściej online. Inwentaryzacja na miejscu: obsługuję Łódź i całe województwo łódzkie — Pabianice, Zgierz, Piotrków Trybunalski, Bełchatów, Skierniewice, Sieradz i okolice.

Do I have to take part in every stage of the project?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to be present at every stage. Active participation is needed for: filling in the design questionnaire, approving the functional layout and signing off the visualizations. Design work, specifications and documentation are handled independently and presented as finished proposals.

Do you help with buying furniture and choosing finishing materials?

Accepted Answer

Yes — material selection is an integral part of every package. In the Basic package I prepare a moodboard with recommended materials and price alternatives. In the Standard package I deliver a full specification with products, prices and links. In the Premium package I additionally arrange showroom visits with the client (up to 4 hours).
