3D interior visualizations in Łódź

See your apartment with its tiles, flooring and furniture before you buy anything. A change on screen takes minutes, on site it takes weeks.

Łódź and online

A 3D visualization is a photorealistic image of your interior after the renovation: with specific materials, furniture, colours and lighting. It is built on the approved floor plan, so it shows what can actually be built — and decisions are made on screen, not on site.

Challenges

When a visualization saves the most

Three situations where an image before the renovation changes decisions.

Visualization of a kitchen with oak units, black fronts and an island — Stefańska Design project

Hard to picture the whole

A tile sample in the showroom and an oak floor in a photo online don't tell you how they'll work together by your window. On a visualization you see the whole interior at once — in light, to scale, with the furniture.

Two people, two visions

Partners often picture the same interior differently. An image turns a debate about words into a conversation about one specific view — and the decision comes faster.

Costly materials you can't return

Sintered stone, veneer or made-to-order tiles are hard to send back. You check colour and texture on the visualization before you pay for the order.

5 things you check on a visualization

Colours and materials

The same view in two material versions — the light cabinets at the top of this page and olive ones here. You choose by comparing images, not samples.

Daylight and evening light

Where the sun falls, how the lighting over the worktop and table works, whether dark corners appear — before the electrician runs the cables.

Furniture proportions

Will the sofa overwhelm the room, will the table seat four, will the wardrobe block the window. Furniture is to scale, so you see the answer at once.

Built-in details

Handles, cabinet divisions, the worktop line, a niche for the coffee machine. Details the joiner will ask about and the floor plan doesn't show.

The interior in motion

In the Premium package a short AI animation is made from the visualization. You walk through the apartment the way you will every day.

Process

Where 3D visualizations fit in the design process

Seven stages, and at each one you know what you get and what comes next.

  1. Project kick-off and site survey

We start with a conversation about your needs, lifestyle and budget. You fill in a short design questionnaire, then I visit the site — taking precise measurements, photo documentation and analyzing the existing installations. The design is based on real data, not the developer's floor plan.

Project kick-off and site survey – Stefańska Design

You get: design brief + measurement documentation + installation map

  2. Material selection and moodboard

Based on the brief, I prepare a moodboard with specific finishing materials, furniture and lighting — across several price ranges. If needed, I arrange a showroom visit so you can see and touch the materials before deciding.

Material selection and moodboard – Stefańska Design

You get: moodboard + material list with price alternatives

  3. 2D functional layout

I develop several 2D layout options with furniture, built-ins and appliances. Each version is a different way to divide and use the space. Together we choose the best layout and approve it before moving on to visualizations.

2D functional layout – floor plans – Stefańska Design

You get: 2–3 versions of 2D floor plans + an approved final layout

  4. 3D visualizations and AI animation

I create photorealistic visualizations of every room with the exact materials, furniture and lighting specified in the design. The Premium package includes an AI animation showing your interior in motion.

You get: photorealistic renders of every room (+ AI animation in the Premium package)

  5. Technical documentation and cost estimate

I compile complete documentation for the renovation crew: wall drawings with dimensions, electrical and plumbing diagrams, and a full material specification with prices. Plus a cost estimate, so you know what everything will cost before work begins.

You get: construction drawings + material specification + cost estimate

  6. Realization coordination

I join the meeting with your renovation crew — walking them through the design, answering technical questions and making sure the contractors understand every detail. This eliminates errors caused by on-site improvisation.

Realization coordination – project execution control – Stefańska Design

You get: contractor meeting report + list of execution notes

  7. Room styling

I visit the finished space and help with the final arrangement of furniture, decor and accent lighting. For those who want the end result to look exactly like the visualizations.

You get: an interior styled exactly to the design and visualizations

Common questions about 3D visualizations

How is a 3D visualization different from a catalogue photo?

A visualization shows your apartment: your dimensions, windows, layout and chosen materials. A catalogue shows someone else's interior. That's why decisions made on a visualization carry over to the site one to one.

How many visualization views will I get?

It depends on the package: 3–4 views in Basic, 5–7 higher-quality views per room in Standard, and 8 high-resolution views plus an AI animation in Premium. The exact number is agreed when quoting.

Can I make changes after seeing the visualizations?

Yes, that's what they're for. Changes to colours, materials or furniture are made at the visualization stage, before you approve the design and before anything is ordered.

What is the AI animation?

A short film, usually 15–30 seconds, showing the designed interior in motion. It is made from the 3D visualizations with AI tools and is available in the Premium package.

Can I order visualizations only?

Visualizations are part of every design package. If you already have a floor plan and only need visualizations, describe it on the free call — I'll check whether they can be prepared from your materials and give you a quote.
