  1. Via the online booking system (Cal.com):
    • Full name
    • E-mail address
    • Phone number (optional)
    • Information about your project and expectations (optional)
    • The chosen date and meeting format (Google Meet video call or phone call)
    • E-mail addresses of guests invited to the meeting (optional)
  2. Via Meta ads and instant forms:
    • Full name
    • E-mail address
    • Phone number
    • Other data provided voluntarily in the form (e.g. project details).
  3. Via Meta Pixel and other analytics tools:
    • Data on interactions with ads (clicks, form submissions, etc.)
    • Data on website behavior (pages visited, session time, clicks)
    • Device information (browser type, operating system, IP address)

We use your data to:

4. Use of cookies and tracking tools

We use the following tools on this website:

  • Google Analytics: Analyzing website traffic and how well the site works (e.g. how many people book a meeting). Until you give consent, Google Analytics stores no cookies and receives only anonymous signals without identifiers (Google Consent Mode).
  • Meta Pixel: Tracking actions on the website after interacting with an ad (e.g. viewing specific pages). Loaded only after you give consent.
  • Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: Anonymous visit statistics and site speed measurement. They use no cookies and do not identify visitors, so they run without consent.
  • Cal.com: The booking calendar embedded on the website comes from Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.), which may store its own cookies needed for the calendar to work, under its own privacy policy. Our banner does not cover them — Cal.com manages them itself. More about booking data in section 6.

On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the website footer. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.

5. How do we process data from Meta instant forms?

  • The data you provide in Meta instant forms is used solely to contact you and respond to your inquiries.
  • This data may be integrated into our database or CRM (e.g. Google Sheets, Airtable) for further handling.

6. How do we process data from meeting bookings (Cal.com)?

  • Meetings are booked on the website through Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.), which receives the data you provide when booking and processes it in accordance with its own privacy policy.
  • We use booking data solely to prepare and hold the meeting and to contact you about your project.

Your data may be shared with:

  • Marketing specialists to optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Technical service providers (e.g. website developers).

Data is shared only to the extent necessary to achieve the specified purposes.
