A couple for whom I had earlier designed a kitchen wanted a strongly loft-style bathroom. We used grey and wood, I added LED strips and left the ceiling raw.

What I designed, and why that way.

LED strips and a raw ceiling

I proposed LED strips for atmospheric lighting and left the ceiling raw to add a loft, industrial character.

Open shelves instead of cabinets

With little storage space I proposed open shelves — under the basin and in the shower niche; the bathroom is not too narrow, so everything fit.
